Join SwanCoaching in the beautiful Anza Borrego Desert to become a healthier, faster, and smarter cyclist in 2010. Enjoy mild sunny weather while you build your base mileage, fine tune your cycling techniques, and learn how to train for injury free success.

Borrego Springs provides the ideal setting for escaping the frigid February weather of most regions and focusing on quality training. There are quiet, flat roads perfect for working on sprint technique, pacelining, echelon riding, and other cycling and racing skills. Also, nearby are a variety of spectacular climbs including the hors categorie Palomar Mountain featured in the 2009 Tour of California.

In addition to the superb riding you will benefit from a high level of coaching throughout the camp. The number of participants is kept low to allow plenty of individual coaching time. Coach Kevin Swanson will observe and interact on the rides giving tips for improvement while leading you on memorable routes. You will also have the opportunity to meet individually for help with your season plan or to address any specific training questions or specific injury issues. With his expertise in conditioning and rehab he can help with specific exercise recommendations for you.

Price of $1,395 includes:

• 8 nights lodging at Borrego Springs Resort (based on double occupancy)
• Welcome dinner and farewell picnic
• Airport transfers to/from San Diego (no need to rent a car)
• Excellent personal coaching to prepare you for the season

Important notes:

• Register early! There is a limit of 15 people to keep a high level of personal attention and a fun, relaxed atmosphere!
• Prices are per person and include 6 nights lodging and are based on double occupancy (single occupancy add $450)
• Non-riding spouses or companions are welcome and will find lots to enjoy around Borrego Springs (just pay single occupancy rate to have your own room)

Registration and payment:

• $300 deposit required to hold your spot.
• 50% of balance is due 60 days prior to start of camp
• 100% of balance is due 30 days prior to the camp start

Cancellation Policy:

• The $300 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel >60 days prior to the start of camp it can be applied to a future camp or coaching service.
• 31 – 60 days prior to the start of camp there is a cancellation fee of 25% of total camp price.
• < 30 days prior to camp there is no refund
