Coaching Packages
The following are the suggested coaching options that should suit most individuals’ needs and budgets. When you contact me we can discuss what option(s) suit you or even custom tailor a package to your needs.
Initial Consultation (required of all new clients) $100 / Consultation
The initial consult (in person for those that are local to Santa Rosa, CA area or are willing to travel, or it will be done over the phone) is our opportunity for getting to know each other as coach and athlete. We will discuss such things as your training background and racing history, short and long term goals, any injury history, and your schedule and time available to train. I will collect any information to help with forming a baseline fitness level such as performance tests you’ve had done or training diary details you can provide. If you are in the area then we may do a threshold test if you plan to train with HR and/or power meter. Appropriate training intensity zones will be established (HR, power, and/or perceived exertion).
SwanCoaching Premium Coaching $195 / month
As a premium SwanCoaching client I am YOUR coach. I keep you on track for attaining your goals through a high level of interaction. SwanCoaching clients do not just receive stock templates for training plans. Your training plan is totally custom to your needs as an athlete and tailored to fit your lifestyle.
As your coach, I am accessible for plan adjustments and questions as they arise. I can help you make the right decisions to keep on track when work, family commitments, adverse weather, illness, and more interferes with training.
Because I have an education in exercise physiology your training is based on sound principles of conditioning to maximize your training time. With my knowledge of physical therapy I can help you to minimize injury risk and adjust for past injuries.

- Having a coach with formal education in exercise physiology and physical therapy as well as experience as a high level athlete
- Ongoing Communications through e-mails, phone calls, and use of online training log
- Help with choosing races and events that best prepare you for your major goals
- Workoutlog.com utilized for interface with coach providing detailed training plans and athlete logging details of completed workouts
