Biomechanical Assessments
Kevin’s education has included numerous courses in kinesiology and biomechanics. He also benefited from a final physical therapy clinical rotation where he practiced running gait evaluations with top biomechanists. During any training camp or in-person training session Kevin will always provide feedback on your running form and bike positioning. He is constantly observing for even the most slight of details in running form. And besides overall bike positioning he watches for pedaling technique, out-of-saddle climbing technique, and sprinting technique. This feedback is helpful for both improved performance and injury prevention. In addition to this help during training camps and in-person training sessions the following are also available:
